alot harder. I could show you about 10 floor plans that look and are rendered almost identically. But its worth a try

judging on the size of the outdoor deck I'm guessing somewhere warm, but not too warm as can be seen on the size of the trees, thinness of the wallness, etc. A part of me immediately jumped to Rick Joy, but I want to think its somewhere below the equator say Australia, Argentina, Brazil, or Chile.

Its Spanish, and it has a very nice symmetrical roof with an internal gutter...

It was actually completed about a year after Koenig was working on #22. Interesting how the breadth of modernism included so many regions at the same time. The only other picture I can find online is this grainy interior shot:

Well done Orhan. I wish more existed on the house I posted, I would love to see some drawings but information is scarce online. The publication that was released in tandem with that exhibit seems to be obscure as well.

SDR, yes. glen small worked for morris. he appearently leaves near yoshemite. pictures were fom postcards he made of the houses. if you send me your address i will send you a series of 5-6 postcards. i have a whole bunch glen gave me.
those are amazing counter weight lift up steel frame openings. i wish i could go up to yoshemite and talk to him. glen gave me his number and said he loves to talk about architecture! he must be in his 90's.
i admit, i knew about his apartment building above echo park lake but i didn't know much about these houses and never seen them. when i saw the pictures i said "wow this is better than schindler," both glen and ray kappe looked at me and said "as good as." .;.))
