Ok- I'm seeking the classic (1970s or so) book on highway design. Found it at the penn library few years back, now can't remember the title or author...
its the book that talks about the aesthetics of roads short tangent, long tangent alignments et cetera....
any 'scrapers or civil engineers know of that book?
