I thought it was cool how they took something like water tanks and made them into something unique to the neighborhood. Would have been cool to get different architects to work on different projects, much like they did with Koban (police boxes)
I agree - it seems to fall into the small ad-lib/ad-hoc as atelier Bow Wow; intriguing indeed.
