i just moved back to boston in december after living in LA for six years and am having a hard time getting used to the lack of "cool" design firms that can actually pay. i guess i was spoiled in LA, but this is ridiculous. either you do creative projects and have to work for free or you have to sell out and design hospitals to make a decent living.
anyone have any suggestions?
