check out this thread from my same question last year... it has a short list from me and additions from everyone else...

i stayed at the hotel max while i was there... the room was smallish, but the hotel and location were great...

w3 - this list is ginormous.

it's also growing to include tacoma, bellevue, bellingham, vancouver and pdx.

i can parse it though, and put the better ones on here.
