does anyone know a good reference for rough numbers ? I am doing a cost estimate for a budget hotel in nyc. hotel includes a kitchen for the restaurant, but no convention centre or anything like that. My excel spreadsheet adds up to approximately $170 000/ room. ( hotel is to have 35-45 rooms ) I have no idea if this is a realistic number...
