Lucrative side jobs?

dillup.

Curious how many of you or your friends have pursued high-paying side jobs outside of your normal 9-5 (or 9-8). Jobs that may or may not be directly related to the profession but which nevertheless use your architecture skill set or software knowledge. From teaching to fabrication, rendering, or other stuff, what have you done and has it been worth the extra energy / stress?
