my favorite that i saw over xmas was timber wharf in manchester by
by glenn howells with urban splash as developer[a bit of an architecture practice them selves with shed km ]. won lots of awards. the quality of the precast is great and the detailing very sucessful. i think the urban plan is bad, considering the density of the overall development.
some other really quality precast i saw was foster station at bilbao and canary wharf. not what your looking for though.
