I'm doing a research project on public space and can't seem to find cad/vector files of Paris (or Berlin and Prague for that matter). If anyone has them, I'd be happy to work something out. Or if anyone has advice as to where to look (the government/city sites are kind of impossible, and buying from ESRI is insanely pricey). Thanks!
