If all the men of archinect are supposedly so attractive (which pictures seem to suggest), why on earth do y'all have trouble finding lady friends?! you're already a renaissance-man architect/sexy stereotype--work it, men!

Maybe something to do with that other stereotype about architects: The one about being horribly dysfunctional with personal relationships. :)
Not that I'm speaking from personal experience, mind you... (looks around the room nervously)
oddly enough i've been more-or-less surrounded by women for the past year or two...so my resolution is to foster better relationships with men. i used to be good at this...i know i can do it again
-Be more positive

If you guys know so much about women, how come you're here at like Gas 'n Sip on a Saturday night, completely alone, drinking beers, no women anywhere?
focus on getting healthy: eat better and do more exercise [vs. doing fad diets]: check. started eating better, drinking lots of water, going to the gym and running.
quit smoking: check!
i usually don't make new year's resolutions- i think these worked because i decided i had the whole year to do them- i didn't try to get them all done in january. i went little by little and did the hardest one [quitting smoking] last [october]. i just knew i *had* to do it before the end of the year.
awesome, aml!! i too got a bunch of my last year's resolutions checked off. feels good. did the same thing--kept it manageable, pleasant (give yourself happy goals, not reproachful ones!), and just generally peaced out for a year and voila, somehow they got taken care of. pretty nice feeling.
yep gar it does, i tend to have or try to have friends and family routed there...archinect and others routed to gmail and employment related through hotmail.
