I didnt know you needed saftey glasses to mark up shop drawings LB. If you must know they are on top of a spec book to my right - see larger picture here evilp at work
What's that cute wee red box with the sliders on it Pocket Mies? It looks like something crossing the threshold between listening to and making music.
Nice multicoloured QUERTY too. Haven't seen one of those before.
the workspace at home:
3x8 sheet of mdf on "two-highs" (donated, along with the red metal racks, by the GF's parents). the other 1x8 of the once 4x8 mdf became shelves...metal brackets painted red to match.

what does your workstation look like?
i am curious about such things. post your images no matter how sophisticated or (in my case) unsophisticated...
here's where I spend a lot of time
here's my windowless office...
this was my workstation until a few weeks ago...
I'll take a shot of my new space (about 20' away from my old spot) in a bit and post it...
this is my workstation for today and tomorrow! then i am off to a new office (with better chairs)!
This thread is making me homesick. The best workstation that I ever had was here. (Click on "Look Deeper at our Surroundings" then 4th/5th floors.)
My workstation was on an interior bay, but I still had access to natural light, plenty of space, and an open team environment.
mine...the large mirror was a joke...at the fact that I have a couple of mirrors on my screen.
Nevermore.....I almost spit my tea all over my 21" screen when I saw your image......
that was fricken brilliant!
J3 Sweet Rearview mirror (even as a joke) it works, this way noone can sneak up on you while you are browsing your porn sites! haha
And gotta love that PIMP hat!
Here's mine....
windows, but not really a great view of anything
nice lava lamp Fogey.
this workstation...
pays for this one...
unfortunately the real arty collection of framed women is lost to the shadows ;-)
click to see a notated version of the image...
In the interim, my view has deteriorated.
Old Fogey, you have so many task lights, you must be really, really busy!
evilp, where are your glasses? Don't hurt yourself there - safety equipment first.

mathaf*cker why didn't that work?
bloody webshots...
solidred, you are correct, the cute wee red box is a digital audio recorder, and the multicoloured QUERTY is for video editing...
sadly I get twice the rate for rendering and animating others work as I get for doing my own :( hence the video editing equipment...
Pocket Mies, I love that keyboard!
Do you record music, or is it sound for video?
as a beginner architect, this is the part of my work station i am particularly proud of...
