Hi, I was wondering to those out there that have applied to the real estate development masters in columbia, mit, harvard, usc, etc... on how competitive it is to get in and what do they look for? Are GRE scores (or GMAT) scores most important, or essay/recommendation, or transcript? Also, what are some other schools with the program. Also, can you send your portfolio, and how do you talk about your work experience?
