Reminds me of my fellow classmate that had the most kick ass portfolio. He got more offers than anyone else, at least around grad time. He was also being offered 10% to 15% more than anyone else.
Don't be frusturated, I'm sure most of my grad class has caught up or surpassed our class golden boy. There's a big difference between a BArch program and the real wage earning world of architecture.

very rare occurance, that's for sure. average is WAY below that.
i've seen similar offers in several job search websites.
construction boom taking hold?
construction boom? i thought housing starts just fell? and interest rates seem to be climbing...
I'm in Houston. Definitely a construction boom.
