Materials
Scheme composition
Sustainability options
Aesthetic design
Cost
Demand
etc
Oh and has anyone heard of the term "3rd generation of Business Park design" before? If so, can you expand??!!
read ballard's super cannes book for a picture of life in a third generation business park - I'm sure it's not what they have in mind, but an interesting read.
