baltic birch, to my knowledge, only comes in 5'x5' sheets. I was planning to do a some work with this material and had to redesign a bed I was having made when the carpenter informed me of this.
I recently order some sheets from PUBLIC LUMBER on the internet. Should arrive Monday. I'll post on the quality, but the prices were quite reasonable.
If you need bigger, you may have to move to the much more expensive Apple Ply or the lower grade birch ply.
