I need to specify several flat files for a project I'm working on, and am curious if anyone knows of any well designed options beyond the typical steel/wood Mayline or Safco products? We're having fun now...
I see...there are no interesting flat files available.
I have vertical flatfiles for all my posters. They are perfect for large documents and store about 3 times as much a a horizontal flat file EasiFilehttp://www.easifileusa.com/
topdeq makes a flat file in natural steel, so it's a standard shape but the finish is unpainted, seems pretty cooltopdeq
Thanks jc and the bell...
dwr has a nifty one of mdf - as long as your drawings are small (20x30 or thereabouts) and you've got a lot of money: $800+
mmmm design out of reach...
Typical DWR...I'm looking for 24x36 minimum...this is for a Developer who needs about 8 95 drawer) files for their project library. I like the steel topdeq...and I found some birch flat files...but it's likely I'll use a standard product and build it into custom casework...
