it would be very nice, if anybody can tell me a little bit about Lev Manovich.
Maybe a short summery of his life, his achievements and their consequences?
In which sphere or area is he active?
What were his intentions or accompanying circumstances, e.g., for
"Language of New Media" or his program " Soft Cinema?"

Maybe you can tell me your oppinion or point of view on the subject Interface /
interaction?
What are your argues for the Subject “Interface/Ineraktion” in the way Manovich describes Interface/Interaction?

It would be very nice if anybody can answer me these questions, because i am very interessted in this subject.

I could read his book "The Language of new Media" the problem is, i am german and for me it is really hard to read the 400 pages and to understand all of this. This kind of englisch (technical) is really hard to understand.
Maybe someone can be so kind and summerize ths for me.
