If you are an engineer or you know one, tell them to get their arse out to Australia. I've been hearing a lot of late that engineering firms in Australia are crying out for staff. One I heard about today is in need of 80 Staff and they just cannot fill the positions. Basically this is due to mining; China is eating up the Australian outback like it's going out of fashion.
