half the time i email it as a pdf, anyway, so they've already printed it out on their own printer by the time they meet me. weird resume paper doesn't mesh well with the design of my resume, anyway.
I mostly electronically submit, so no. But even when I do go hardcopy, I really like Kinko's paper because it's not too light, not too heavy, and super-bright.

i have used a lt. gray sheet of paper a little thicker than the norm. just to get the employer to remember the resume
