I'm having a really hard time finding any decent rendering companies in Seattle. It seems like most of them either do terrible renderings of bad residential areas or mediocre renderings of condos.
It seems like a city like Seattle would have more than this. One of the best ones I've found is here: http://www.ronlloyd.com/rlaportf.htm and their work isn't anything to drop your jaw at. If anyone knows of better work in the area post it here. Thanks!
I found some great examples of offices through www.cgarchitect.com but most are on the East Coast or Europe. It seems there's definitely room for firms on the West Coast to step it up a few notches.
Why Seattle? Though email and phone calls work, we would prefer to work with someone in our region.
why are you limiting your search to Seattle? The correspondence, at least 95% of it, will be done via email, maybe a phone call or two. Location is really not an issue.

I just wish we had offices that could compare to:
http://www.amdrendering.com/
and
http://www.dbox.com
if you like Dbox you'll like this guy: he has an M.Arch from Columbia
formerly known as KDlab...
