Does anyone know anything about setting up a Limited Liability Partnership in California? Specifically, if you and a partner start a design practice, but are not licensed architects, do you have to set up an LLP, or can you set up an LLC? I know architects are not allowed to start an LLC in California, but if you are not licensed, does that change things a bit?
Thanks.
LLP or LLC?

Set up and “S†Corporation- that’s what my attorney and accountant suggested until I can get my licensee.
