Hi, does anyone know how to eliminate the dent the roller leaves after printing a poster on 12x18 paper? Seems the printer is so used to us printing on 11x17, that when we switch to 12x18 it leaves an indentation streak that's noticeable. Thanks for any help!

Seems like a printer specific problem. I print on 12x18 all the time with no indentations. (Epson 1280)
same here (HP9650) never had a problem.
Louismeier: How do you like the Epson 1280? I'm considering buying one within a few weeks.
