if you can easily attach a page (or so) that represents your talents and your experience well, why not do it. just be sure the file works and is easy for the person at the other end to download and open (i.e. no funky file formats and keep the file size as small as is practical with decent on-screen viewing resolution.

Fit as much as you can with crashing an email account with dial-up. That's my rule of thumb. 1MB is plenty.
