I would rebuild every building essentially. However, I would measure the toxicity of each component before hand. Then I would place the pieces that are not toxic back into the picture, so they would remain memory deposits in peoples brains.

I'd love the opportunity to rebuild a better NYC Penn Station if something unfortunate were to happen to the ungodly rat maze they have now.
