Portfolio question

I have recently finished an associates in architecture and am working on an undergraduate in business. I plan to turn back around and get my masters in architecuture although want to be able to continue, until then, honing my skills and possibly beef up my portfolio so I can get a part time job. My question is, whether I should focus on continuing with auto cad or if I should expand to revit, 3Dmax, or sketchup? I've noticed, through looking at craigslist posting for the past year, that all three are almost essential. I have some free time coming up and was curious about any feed back? Also as a side note I really enjoy building in 3D and was wondering if I should beef that aspect of my portfolio or should I spend more on other aspects? Thank you
