Get a job there? As I understood it, it's a collaboration between MIT and Gehry (or Randy Jefferson/engineers), not a 'firm'. Also, I believe it's goal is for educational purposes - to help teach architects how to use CATIA and what they've learned.
A great effort and I hope it's successful - it could be the first real technological improvement to architecture as a whole.
