I am a newly licensed architect with a few tiny jobs right now. Can anyone recommend an expediter in brooklyn, (or an nyc expediter that does work in brooklyn).
Also, I'd like to get some opinions as to what to charge for a simple alt. 2 filing that includes the construction of a few interior nonstructural walls in a single family house. the scope would include doing the drawings and filing/subbing out to an expediter.

OK. i just got a quote from an expediter - $2400 just to file.
That seems a little high so I would have to adjust my fee.
So, Anyone know any good expediters? come on brooklyn/nyc people...
