Does anyone know or have experience with the typical fee structure for design services for a chain hotel building (not including civil engineering & landscaping)?
That depends on how thick the design manual is, how rigidly the constraints in the manual will be applied, whether it is franchised (and thus effectively a one off), or a roll-out. Maybe you are creating the manual ?
