i´m a german Landscape Architect with specialization in Landscape Urbanism and Eco-Urban Design, last year i worked for chinese office in Shanghai and would like to return this november. But actually i´m also applying for some american offices there. I never worked for any US Office.
* What can i expect for normal salary (3 years experience) ?
* Any hints for application ? just like everywhere ? should i send the portfolio right away or just some general informations and send my stuff later if they´re asking for ?
* whats about insurance ? is it covered by the office ?
* any more tips or websites ?
