Hell yeah, That's how I refer to most lectures we got by architects. Because rather then talk about their reasoning they just showed pretty pictures.

Of course the usual caveat is that the porn isn't actually real, in this example it really is...

We definitely use that term, though probably more in terms of something desirable both aesthetically and functionally. There's certainly a category of style over substance which needs pinning down, though, and we tend to call it 'fluff', 'bobbo' or 'wack' :D.
