thanks so much! i'm finally at a place where my hair and i get along! it's taken a long time! it's finally back to it's natural color, and it's never been this short! at least not since i was 5 or so! here's my graduation picture, may 2005. i think i lost 15 pounds of just hair!!! and i learned a very valuable lesson: never bleach your own hair, it will always turn out badly!!
and here it is when it was pretty long and i decided to spare 3 hours to straighten it!!

ha ha ha, reminds me of that seinfeld episode where jerry dates that woman who likes to hang around her apartment naked. he loves it, until he sees her "performing household taskes" like opening a jar of pickles, or getting her skin caught in a bicycyle chain.
well namby, as i see it there are 2 crack events (aka focal cracks or cracks of primary importance, 2 supporting cracks and a field of backup cracks.
this of course is in addition to a parallel/overlapping theme of folds and crevices...
i guess it's dependent on the reader. and yes, i've considered this previously. as my friend and i stood there, we couldn't help but apply our critical faculties to breaking down this moment before us. fortunately, we could speak in normal voices about our discovery because our human subject was engrossed in the audio tour.
Somehow the Alamo just isn't that fun the third time around...if it was even fun the first time. I think that's the best "I'm pretending to have an awesome time here!" look I've ever pulled off.
