I'm interested in this program and am wondering if anyone who's done it already, or currently is, can share some insight. I know many schools are offering real estate programs, but Columbia's is an intensive one-year program, which is a good thing in my opinion. I'm wondering though if it is similar to MBA programs, in terms of admission, in that they seek to admit applicants with more work experience. I'm only one year out of school, but this is something that I know I want to pursue so waiting a few years is not preferable for me.
