funga, i think this biggest problem is that you have a cheap one. you get what you pay for. that said, all scanners, even drum scanners will not do a one to one scan. color adjustment is just part of the game although less adjustment is necessary with a better scanner or better software. something you might try >> my scanner allows me to make adjustments to overall settings that will be applied to all scans. ie. if it is scanning to dark, you can change a setting for all future scans to scan light. take a look at your manual to see if you can do such things.

scanner shows diferent colors
why my scanner doesnt show the real colors, I do have a cheap one , but is anything i can do, i dont want to spend 1 hour fixing the colors.
