generally with start up go to CNA -- they have a great small practice package and great eduaction program.
although your first 3 years [+/- 2k per year unless your doing huge projects] your premiums will be based more or less on 2% of your revenue including pass through revenue [consultants + reimb] with +/- a 5K per occurance deductable. so with $500,000 pa revenue, you would pay +/-$10k per year. increase your deductable, decrease your premium.
shop around after 3 years but i would start with cna and just go with them.
