Liability / Legal OIffice Structure Questions

Geo

2 QUESTIONS: 1- Can anyone share their advice experience on what one needs as a practicing Registered Architect in NYC/NYS? I would like some feedback on issues regarding liability insurance, E+O insurance, good resources for advice etc.
2- regarding legal structure of my practice it seems I will be either structure the office as an S-corp or an LLC. Curious what others have done regarding legal office structure, pros/cons, etc. Ready...set...discuss.

Geo, there have been some other threads on this topic - search for "LLC, s-corp" etc and you should be able to find them. Not sure if they are NYC specific, though.

Find an accountant who works with small businesses, and an attorney familiar with architecture practice. It's well worth the money...
