i have a similar question...i was thinking of putting some
work samples together to send out...is it ethical to include
sample CDs from an old office? should i write some sort
of disclaimer or the like on the drawings? some of the
firms i'll be applying to are their direct competition?
what would y'all do?...just not include the drawings?
when you use constuction drawings in your portfolio that you did at another firm is it customary to keep that firms title block on or format to look like the rest of your drawings?
While you should keep the firm's title block or otherwise identify the firm (and your role in the production of the set) it is not a good idea to leave the name of the client on the drawings.

Working Drawings?
I am applying for a job and the office is requesting a printed portfolio and working drawings.
Does working drawings refer to process drawings of a project I am currently working on or does this refer to construction documents?

i always printed out docs at A3 size with title block included.
