In applying to a grad school. What do admission committees value in a portfolio more? School work or Professional Work (both training and personal projects)?
i hear personal academic projects weigh a lot more than professional work. the admissions committee knows that, unless otherwise stated, your professional work was most likely designed by the office principal or project architect. hence it's not representative of you.
