Does anyone know any third-party OSHPD inspector/reviewer in Los Angeles area? or does it even exist?
The clinic I am working on is under section 1200, so OSHPD won't perform plan check/inspection, so the responsibility falls upon the local building jurisdiction. However, the city also refused to do so. My client requests to find a third party.
