anyone on here work with these guys? I’m considering a jump to the owners side, but don’t know a lot about this firm. The job board reviews are geared towards accountants...
I quess what it really comes down to is that I have been able to tolerate working here when i'm working from home and not in the office.
Now that "work from home" is winding down, I really don't want to go in to the office everyday and interact with terrible people. I like and get along well with my actual co-workers, but feel that the partners are generally some of the worst people out there.

but basically it’s a pretty toxic environment.
