More houses like this?

HobbyArchitect

If anyone have more pictures/links of houses/villas looking similar to this one I am thankful for that.

That's a bog standard flat-roof "neo-modernist" house. If you can't find 1,000 of those with one Google search you're not really trying.

I have obviously tried that, but no success. I am not just looking for modern boxes, I am looking for more detailed similarity like black and white, boxes, contrasts between long ealls and big windows and so on...

Was definitively not obvious because I found many by doing the same thing just now.

Show them then. I’m sure they are not at all the same.

What characteristics of the house you show are important to you? Try answering without being rude, if you can...

What I said to Non Sequitur in previous post.

You mean this, "I am looking for more detailed similarity like black and white, boxes, contrasts between long ealls and big windows and so on..."? That is not helpful at all. Try again, but this time put some effort into it.

I don't know how more to explain, just look at the picture. Can't you see how unique it is?

LOL, every house is unique. If you're going to be a hobbyist architect you need to learn some of the terms to describe architectural elements. Are you attracted to: how the house sits on the landscape, the scale and/or proportions, the contrast between materials and colors, the rectilinear forms, the full-height glazing, the rhythm of glazing-to-opaque surfaces, the negative spaces formed by the overhanging second floor and the inset courtyard-like area, etc... Here's one that I think has a lot in common with the one you show, but it depends entirely on what aspects appeal to you: https://barryprice.com/project.... (I helped build this house.)

Here is one from Abelow Sherman Architects. It's their 'Lake House' as well. Their website has several photos of the house.

You're welcome.

You're a lazy punter aren't you?  15 seconds . . .including replying to your post.

That’s the architect. An architect does not make all houses in the same style.

Wow, you're a lazy punter. You're also rather obtuse.

It's interesting how in this forum, as in life, one gets back what they put out.

I'm simply treating you like you treat others. Don't like it, be a better person. If not shove off.

"That does’t help at all, thanks for trying though."

"I have obviously tried that, but no success."

If English isn't your first language I might give you a pass on just how passive-aggressive your comments come across. But probably not.

I don't know why I'm getting into this but your first comment was directly after a comment linking to an architect who does similar work, or maybe the same architect, I don't care enough to check. A reverse image search indeed shows many very similar projects. Both responses were legitimate and correct. If you can't articulate what about the project makes it special in your eyes, how and why do you expect others to do that work for you?
