MS Paint or Corel Draw.
But software is the easy part and knowing one (or 15) does not make you a good architect. Anyone can learn to press buttons. Few learn how buildings are designed and put together.
I personally prefer GIMP
Quicken
Revit with Enscape.
Sketchup if you like it.
Trace paper, pencils and markers.
