Only the ivy league schools teach it during the last semester of an m.arch. Once you know the secret the staggering student loan debt all makes sense! :)

Wonder what that could be. Could you provide any clue sir? My guess is become an architecture professor at said ivy league schools and keep an eye out for the kick back check for bringing the students in from the student loan providers. Am I warm?
This is so from left field. Do you mean what you mean or is it a phrase for saying something else? Please advise. I'm so curious about your logical way of thinking.
Open a cannabis retail business. Then, invest in your own projects after raking in millions. There are many states that still haven't legalized so plenty of opportunity out there.

Could you please provide a blue print to your idea? Please advise.
be a developer like john portman was. thing is, multi-family housing many be the only developer-oriented building type left standing after all this. adaptive re-use will likely come into the fold in this decade.
Word. Developer builder is the only path to financial autonomy. Downside is you better have a sharp business sense, start-up capital, knowledge of everything that goes into the development business that one doesn't cover in architecture, and the willingness to focus pretty much just on multifamily.
Co-worker and I are thinking of starting up a consulting business where we get clients to pay their bills to architect. The overhead would be low, we already have the baseball bats.
It could pave the way to a fairly welcoming academic career if faculty and friends like your work enough that you're hired and paid by international tuition.
Yes and no AS. Everyone can do conceptual design. Few are good at it and are able to produce a conceptual design that is able to be turned into a real building that meet the clients needs. If you're in the former you'll have no issue getting hired at a medium to large firm.
I'll rephrase my snarky statement - Everyone thinks they can do "concept design" and therefore competition is intense - too much supply and not enough demand. So either you marry rich or teach or live the life of a starving artists until something breaks.
Wealthy Architects
Hi all,
Where in the architecture world will I make the most money with the least amount of work? Please advise.
Real estate agent
Third-party owner's representative? The ones I've worked with have done jack, and probably got paid better.
Marry a wealthy person.
Beat me to it.
Don't worry tduds, you still have time. :)
Oh that's easy. It's a secret.

invent a vaccine for c19. Fastest way to the billionaire club.
Can you do that in sketch up?
only in sketch-up pro... so you kinda already need to well-off just to start.
Real estate agent as side gig
I believe they live near the ugly supermodels.

It's a joke.
Apparently, architecture professors can make bank, too.

1. Start with a trust fund
2. Be a mediocre student at a prestigious school
3. Endless self-promotion
Just to be clear, you need ALL of the above to be wealthy in architecture.
Damn.

May need to relocated to get under his wing...

Bang your clients
Don't do that, 'social diseases' cost money to treat.
Hahaha, might as well have gone into the porn business
Chad, what do you mean 'social diseases'? I'm still a virgin, hehehe
You'll know it if you catch one seeking . . . you'll know. :)
You mean the infamous, "I know what you did last summer with So&so and So&so's mom? Now pay up before I send the pictures to your boss" seeking?
I’ve thought about whoring myself to lonely clients...design can be a front.

Define "work"
This is a good one...
avoid "concept design" (everyone can do it and no one cares)

True but some find sanctuary from construction within academia. No clients to worry about, just students to entertain.

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can...
Thank you for your insight Ancient Sheds :)
ME
How much money you got?
I'm a gazillionaire
Bulgar even lives in a building with a doorman!
That's right!
I keep telling you BB, the homeless man that lives on your stoop isn't a doorman. It's nice of you to tip him though.
I actually volunteer at the local soup kitchen next door.
“No soup for you!”
