practical solutions to Space in Pandemic

The internet was cool when it was all free information that could help anyone.  (not this political bullshit)

To piggy back on Beta's thread addressing the virus, if anyone cares, out of work, has a little time, and has access to the internet  please do following:

- point us in the direction of data sets on cities of vacant infrastructure or empty in a lock down or potential lock down.

- source firms or city agency to obtain plans of vacant infrastructure

- design a space to supply the necessary beds

- design a space with 3D printers to produce materials as required

[I promise not to be supertroll/dick here...and I'm all for breaking copy right laws like the good ol' days of Napster, source it, share it, work with it]

Nice I idea but won't work. The reason markets tend to congregate around each other is twofold. One,there is a limited number of distributors of goods in an urban area. Two, convenience for the buyer and higher sales for the distributor. For this to work distributors must be willing to expand their staff, open multiple locations, and accept lower profits. If this doesn't happen then the above model only promotes more travel for the consumer as they move do different locations to obtain goods and services.
