I am a Realtor and took a listing on a property with a unique design of a staircase in a Colonial Home built 1890.
Can anyone tell me what type of design so that I may post the right description of it in the MLS.?
I appreciate the help.

I appreciate the OP's honesty. At least he didn't show up claiming to be the owner, a friend of the owner, or a recent buyer.
I don't have an answer. But I enjoy the view.
let me google that for you really is supposed to be for when googling, you'd find the answer immediately (first link typically)... bad execution in this instance.
I don't know an official term but I've heard (and use) "wedding cake stair" for that type of design. "Wrap-around stair" is another name I've heard.
