I have the option of starting in the fall of 2021 into an MArch program graduating from my school’s Bachelor’s of Arts in Architecture VS graduating in December from my school’s Bachelor of Science in Architecture program and starting in the fall of 2022. The BS program at my school is non accredited just like the BA.
Why take (and pay for) the extra semester if they'll both get you into the program that really matters? When employers look at your resume, they'll see the MArch and won't care if your BA/BS came from the back of a cereal box (unless, of course, it's from a very prestigious school).
Some schools will only allow advanced placement (2-year rather than 3-year) into M.Arch programs if you graduate with a BS over a BA. Check the requirements at the grad schools on your list to see if this applies to you.
BS or BA(Arts) in undergrad

Always pick the accredited degree.
Next question.

Make the smart decision and graduate early.
