I know Rhino quite well but I am very new to Grasshopper. I want to make a grid wrap in this shape with parallel lines. Im ultimately just trying to make even perforations in this shape. When I use the paneling tools it places the points on the wireframe but I am trying to make evenly spaced points.
I am trying to make every hole perpendicular to the place it lies on the surface. I feel like making a grid shell (out of t-splines) would be the first step in doing that. I used intersections with this shape and perpendicular surfaces to get the model in the second photo but I can't close it into a surface.
How can I make a gridshell on this surface?

Thanks!
