3D Model of Chicago? (I know its a long shot)

Does anyone have a 3D massing model of Chicago, mainly around the Goose Island area.

I thought about extruding bldg footprints in Arcmap but couldn't find a reliable set of data with bldg heights

I'm currently experimenting with these OpenStreetMap exporters but its a bit more challenging than I thought.
