Hello,
I have a problem finding a black material that would be functional as a plaster. I have found Venetian plaster, but that seems to only works indoors. Does anybody know about some other outdoor material that is black?
I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
Thanks in advance!
Exterior "plaster" is called stucco, at least in the US. You can often coat stucco with an appropirate paint, but you might be happier with a stucco product with integral color, such as one of these: http://www.stocorp.com/sto-finishes/.
Tadelakt is about as close as you are going to get, and it is a whole different beast than cement lime stuccos. For the latter, you can do integral color but dark colors (blacks, dark blues, etc) seldom turn out as dark and as consistent as you'd like.

Maybe ask Anish Kapoor: https://www.dezeen.com/2016/03/02/anish-kapoor-exclusive-rights-vantablack-blackest-black-pigment/

Tadelakt, I'm pretty sure you can get a black finish
