My workflow is usually Sketchup -> Photoshop -> Illustrator [ -> InDesign only when putting together presentation boards]. Or, more generally... 3D -> 2D raster (for color correction and background editing) -> 2D vector (for entourage) -> 2D layout (for printing)

It's less about which and mroe about which order.

For me, most powerfull is InDesign!
Learn them all. Each one of them have their own uses..
I agree with the last comment, every one of them is perfect in a specific purpose, though for me Photoshop is still more preferable :)
