Anyone have any statistics on the resale performance of modern homes? Everyone I've talked to says they won't build or buy a modern home because they're afraid it wont sell.
I've heard the same. In addition to this, it can be difficult convincing a bank to give a loan for construciton of a modern home for the same reasons.
